A CRM built for the Emirates
Most CRMs are built for email-first markets and treat the UAE as a currency setting. We started from how business actually happens here.
Why we built Lifeguard CRM
Selling in the UAE doesn't look like the demo videos of most CRMs. Leads come from Instagram and TikTok ads rather than web forms. Customers negotiate on WhatsApp, not by email. Every invoice needs 5% VAT and a TRN, in dirhams.
Most teams patch this together: a phone for WhatsApp, three ad managers, a CRM that doesn't know about any of it, and a spreadsheet for invoices. It works, until a rep leaves with their phone or a lead waits two days for a reply.
We built Lifeguard CRM so none of that depends on one person remembering. Leads, conversations, quotes and invoices sit on the same record, and the UAE-specific parts are built in rather than bolted on.

Our values
Where customers are
WhatsApp and social ads are the centre of the product, not an integration we added later.
Simple to use
If a sales rep needs a training course to log a call, we have designed it badly.
Support in your timezone
A UAE team, reachable on WhatsApp, during your working hours.
Built for the Gulf
AED, VAT and TRN are defaults, not an afterthought in a settings menu.
Based in Dubai, serving the UAE
Being here matters. We use the same channels our customers do, we hear about regulatory changes the same week, and when you call with a problem you don't have to explain the UAE first.
Want to see it on your own pipeline?
Half an hour, your leads, no slide deck. We will connect a lead source, answer a WhatsApp message from the shared inbox and turn it into a VAT invoice, then answer whatever you want to ask.
